In addition to the main bonfires on Samhain and Beltane, we have included balefires as a part of the ceremonies in some years. While hiking the land, one comes on heaps of cleared debris from the efforts of the land stewards and volunteers. These materials are either transferred to the bonfires or burned in place as balefires.
